Registering a project with RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) is a crucial step for developers and builders to comply with real estate regulations. Guidelines to register a project with RERA:

Check Eligibility: Ensure that your project meets the eligibility criteria for registration under RERA. Generally, most residential and commercial projects that exceed a certain threshold in terms of area more than 500 sq yards or 8 number of units, are on ly exempted else are required to be registered.
