In many cases, cybercrimes can cross jurisdictional boundaries, so it's essential to identify the location of the perpetrator and the location of the victim to determine which law enforcement agency or cybercrime cell has jurisdiction.

3. Seek Legal Advice: Consider seeking legal advice or assistance from a lawyer who specializes in cyber law or digital rights if you need guidance on filing a complaint or navigating the legal process.

4. Victim Support: If you are a victim of cybercrime, seek support from counseling services or support groups to cope with the emotional and psychological impact of the incident.
