   • Personal identification proof (such as Aadhar card, passport, or driver's license)
   • Address proof
   • Educational certificates
   • Professional qualifications (if any)
   • Details of any previous real estate transactions
   • Passport-sized photographs
   • Any other documents specified by the RERA authority

3. Fill Application Form:  Fill out the form with accurate and complete information, ensuring that all required fields are properly filled.

4. Pay Fees: Pay the required registration fees along with the submission of the application form. The fee structure may vary depending on the RERA authority and the duration of registration.

5. Submit Application: Submit the completed application form along with all the required documents and proof of fee payment to the RERA authority. 

6. Verification and Approval: The RERA authority will verify the submitted documents and information provided in the application. They may conduct background checks to ensure the applicant's suitability as a real estate agent. Once satisfied, they will approve the registration.

7. Receive Registration Certificate: Upon approval, the real estate agent will receive a registration certificate from the RERA authority. This certificate serves as proof of registration and contains important details such as the agent's registration number and validity period.

8. Renewal (if applicable): RERA authorities require real estate agents to renew their registration periodically after the expiry of tenure.
